What equipment will I need?
You will need 2 kettlebells, Men: 2 x 12kg or 2 x 16kg and Women 2 x 8kg or 2 x 12kg but you can also mix kettlebells if you do not have 2 the same weight eg. 1 x 12kg and 1 x 16kg.
Is this challenge for beginners?
This program is designed for more advanced users of kettlebells. Beginners are recommended to build a solid foundation with Kettlebell Strength 1.0 first.
How does the program work?
Choose your starting day, click the link and then receive 1 email per day for 30 days which includes the workout, motivation, animated exercise form, and advice.
How many workouts per week?
You will be performing 4 - 5 workouts per week along with mobility, practice, and recovery days.
How long is each workout?
Each workout is different but you should be able to complete each one in under 20 minutes.
