What equipment will I need?

You can perform all the workouts with just 1 kettlebell, typically Men: 12kg (25lbs), 16kg (35lbs) or 24kg (53lbs) and Women: 8kg, 12kg or 16kg.

Is this challenge for beginners?

Providing you are comfortable with the kettlebell basics, e.g. swing, squat, clean, and press, then this challenge is for you.

How does the program work?

Choose your starting day, click the link and then receive 1 email per day for 30 days which includes the workout, motivation, animated exercise form, and advice.

How many workouts per week?

You will be performing one workout every day for the full 30 days but the program does mix easier with more challenging workouts to allow for this.

Can I only purchase in $US Dollars?

As I'm offering this challenge worldwide $US Dollars is the easiest currency for most customers. If you live outside the USA then your order will be converted into your local currency after your order.

Can I start at a later date?

Yes. You can start on any day you choose whether today, or next month. But, you must purchase the challenge before it closes.

How long is each workout?

Each workout lasts for 10 minutes, but this does not include your warm-up.
