Only 1 kettlebell typically Men: 12kg or 16kg and Women 8kg or 12kg
Is this challenge for beginners?
I will be providing alternatives to many exercises but it is expected that you can swing, squat and lunge safely. There are no kettlebell snatches or Turkish get ups in this challenge.
How does the program work?
Choose your starting day, click the link and then receive 1 email per day for 30 days which includes the workout, motivation, animated exercise form, and advice.
How many workouts per week?
You will be performing 5 workouts per week along with 2 mobility and practice, recovery workout days.
How long is each workout?
Each workout is different but you should be able to complete each one in under 20 minutes.
Can I only purchase in $US Dollars?
