What equipment will I need?
You will need a selection of dumbbells, a bench and also a pull up bar would be useful. However, most of the exercises are performed with dumbbells only and no other equipment.
What selection of weights are best?
Everyone is different, but as a guide: Men: 5kg (10lbs), 10kg (20lbs), 15kg (30lbs) and 20kg (40lbs). Women: 2.5kg (5lbs), 5kgs (10lbs), 7.5kg (15lbs), 10kg (20lbs) or 12.5kg (25lbs). Hex dumbbells are a good choice.
Is this challenge for beginners?
This program is aimed at those with some weight training experience. If you struggle with the basic compound exercises like lunges, presses, rows etc. then this is probably not for you.
How does the program work?
Choose your starting day, click the link and then receive 1 email per day for 30 days which includes the workout, motivation, animated exercise form, video tutorials and advice.
How many workouts per week?
Week 1: 3 dumbbell workouts, Week 2: 4 dumbbell workouts, Week 3: 6 dumbbell workouts, Week 4: 5 dumbbell workouts. During the other days you will be performing core and mobility sessions.
How long is each workout?
Each workout is different but you should be able to complete each one in under 45 minutes.
