Spanning 12 weeks, this program introduces fresh, body-sculpting workouts each week, meticulously designed to reshape and transform your body.
During weeks 1 to 4, we focus on the most important exercise of them all, the Kettlebell Swing.
The Swing will produce some incredible results on its own, but we also add in some very important core and abs conditioning exercises.
From weeks 5 to 8, we add further strengthening and toning exercises to condition the legs and buttocks.
You will also notice an increase in the workout intensity to continue the fat-burning process.
