Greg is an experienced personal trainer and kettlebell instructor. He took his first fitness qualifications back in 1993 and has been on a health and fitness journey ever since.

Can I download the videos and watch them offline?

Yes. You are able to select 'download' in the bottom right-hand corner of each video and download them directly to your own computer.

What equipment will I need?

You can complete the full program using just one or two kettlebells: 8kg (17lbs) and 12kg (25lbs), those experienced will also find a 16kg (35lbs) useful.

I'm a complete beginner is this program for me?

We begin the program with the all important kettlebell swing and although I include tutorial videos about the swing it is an intermediate level exercise. If you are very new to weight training then this may be slightly too advanced for you, sorry.

Does this program include follow along workout videos?

Although there are 22 tuition videos included within this program they are not follow along workout videos. You will need to practice the exercises and then workout in your own time.
