You can complete the full program using just one kettlebell: Men 12kg or 16kg (35lbs), Women 8kg or 12kg (25lbs). If you have access to more kettlebell weights then that can be helpful but it's not necessary.

I've classed this program as a level 3 which means that you should have completed the level 1 beginners and then the level 2 Men's or Women's programs before using this program.
